Are you ready to move forward in your life?

My goal as a therapist is to help you feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I maintain a non-judgmental attitude while helping you make more sense out of your life and what you want. I trust and know that you already have the answers to your life’s problems in your heart and soul. My job is to help you access them.

While we talk about your problems and explore solutions together, we’ll also focus on developing a deeper understanding of the events in your life. My aim is to assist you in giving meaning to those events, while helping you integrate them so that you are free to let go of anything that is holding you back from moving forward and achieving the life that you want and deserve.

I believe that it is our deepest Soul’s desire, not to change who we are, but to be who we are by coming fully into ourselves.

If you want a therapist who honors who you are, while helping you find your authentic path in life, I may be the therapist for you.
